Necron CrypTeks (conversion based in Necron Warriors)

My brother has made two Crypteks for his Warhammer 40000 Necron Army converting a couple of plastic Necron Warriors. In my opinion he has got a good result but they maybe lack a little more details.

The staff is made using a brass rod, some plasticard pieces and putty. I don't have pictures of the second Cryptek before painted but is more or less the same as the other one.
